Today at breakfast Mac had his furrowed eyebrow look, which usually means he is searching his memory...right...he said, "seems to me I can remember we went on a train to Florida.' So that was our honeymoon, Miami beach... Then lo and behold the Gazette featured front page news - The Ritz Carleton hotel had a facelift..showed that to Mac which triggered the memory of our reception after the wedding, we enjoyed that wonderful memory thanks to The Gazette.
When I mentioned that I would be going to my study group and book group, he said o.k. five minutes later...the question was asked - 'where are you going ?'
Well that's the memory for today...

ReplyDeleteI just discovered your blog ...what a great idea! Loved the pics of your walk - a lovely day - so glad Mac enjoyed it - surrounded by his wonderful family how could he not? This will be a good record of Mac and your collective memories to offer to your kids ...and friends. I look forward to following along.
